Getting out of a timeshare

Getting out of a timeshare contract is not a simple process, but it can be done. Hiring the right company for the job is the key factor to getting you out of your timeshare, and recovering any money you have invested in the timeshare. There are many companies who claim to be able to cancel your timeshare and have websites that look very professional. They claim to have been in business for years and have been successful. However, if you do the proper research before hiring any company you will be able to verify if the company is legitimate or not. The first step in hiring any company to cancel your timeshare is to check the BBB website to see when their BBB file was opened. Usually the BBB will not open a file on a company until it has been in business for at least one year. If the file is opened before the one-year period then it was at a consumer’s request. When looking at the file you can see how many years they have been doing business, and you can check that against their website. If there is a discrepancy than obviously they are not telling you the truth. The BBB file will also tell you if they have any kind of licensure. This is very important when it comes to making sure that the company has a governing authority to protect you as a consumer. The BBB file will also give the company a rating, but remember if the company does not have any length of history with the BBB they could still have a “A” rating because they have not been in business long enough to show they are successful or not. Remember to always verify anything that the company tells you. DO NOT simply believe what they say. Call Timeshare-Answers to get out of your timeshare Now! 1-800-282-3206 —
